Unless specifically requested otherwise (and with the exception of the Piglets and Cat), deliveries of all stoneware will be on a pallet, the cost of which is included within the UK retail price. When more than one item is purchased, we will endeavour to package the order, without compromising the safety of individual items, utilising the minimum number of pallets possible. Delivery will be to the nearest kerbside or hard standing. Placement or erection is NOT included. Because much of our stoneware is heavy, it is recommended that help is arranged (supplied by the purchaser) for the off-loading and placement of items.

We liaise closely with our clients with regard to delivery arrangements. We are able to deliver on a chosen day (once the order is ready for despach) and, for an additional fee, we can often organise for delivery to be at a specific time of day.
Goods are examined by us before leaving our premises and we accept no responsibility for damage caused by careless handling or storage on the client's premises or sites or through incorrect fixing.
Should any goods arrive in damaged condition, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, beyond which time we are unable to entertain any claim for damages. |
