SCULPTURES are meticulously hand-finished to produce an unusual and eye-catching ornament. Most are available in either a Bath or Portland stone finish. The Walnut , however, comes in its own nutty-coloured finish and as regards the finish of the Strawberry we like to think more in terms of thick yellowy clotted cream! The sculptures are frost-proof and can be kept outside all year. They age naturally and over a period of time attract native lichens and mosses, thus allowing them to blend perfectly into their surroundings. The Piglet and Cat sculptures are made from a mixture of marble dust and polyester resin, whose great strength enables a degree of realism not possible with cheaper concrete versions. |
